PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ufenamate-containing skin care preparation which is extremely excellent in the stability of the production of the agent even without fining emulsified particles, is excellent in the feeling of usability, and composed of an oil-in-water type emulsion composition, in the skin care agent in which low-water soluble ufenamate is stably compounded.SOLUTION: The ufenamate-containing skin care preparation composed of the oil-in-water type emulsion composition is characterized by being compounded with the following components (a) to (f).
