The present invention relates to a composition for prevention or treatment of lung cancer containing atranorin or an acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention down-regulates downstream target genes of &beta-catenin/LEF and c-jun/AP-1 by reducing the activity of KITENIN-mediated AP-1 and beta-catetin-mediated TOPELASH and having influence on the expression of KAI1 and KITENIN, and can inhibit the growth and metastasis of lung cancer cells by reducing RhoGTPase activity.
