The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating lung cancer comprising a thallus extract of Everniastrum vexans, atranorin, or an acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. The composition of the present invention reduces KITENIN-mediated AP-1 activity and &beta-catechin-mediated TOPELASH activity, influences the expression of KAI1 and KITENIN, thereby downregulating the downstream target gene of &beta-catechin/LEF and c-jun/AP-1, and reduces RhoGTPase activities, and thus can suppress the growth and metastasis of lung cancer cells.
