PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote-controlled actuator that allows the posture of a tool provided at the tip of an elongated pipe to be changed by remote control operation while allowing the smooth posture change of the tool without using a lubricant or a coating.SOLUTION: The remote-controlled actuator includes: an elongated spindle guide 3 a tip member 2 mounted at the tip of the spindle guide so as to freely change its posture and so as to rotatably support a tool 1 and a drive-part housing 4a to which the base end of the spindle guide 3 is connected. The spindle guide 3 internally includes: a rotary shaft 22 for transmitting rotation of a tool-rotating drive source inside the drive-part housing 4a and a posture operating member 31 that changes the posture of the tip member 2 by drive of a posture-changing drive source inside the drive-part housing 4a.
