PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which an absorbent main body is bonded to an exterior body stably irrespective of expansion/contraction of the exterior body while maintaining excellent elasticity of the exterior body.SOLUTION: An absorbent article includes an exterior body 2 and an absorbent main body 3 arranged on a skin face side. An exterior body 2 has such elasticity that a ventral part F and dorsal part R can expand and contract in a waist direction of a wearer, and has a non-bonding zone area of the absorbent main body 3 and the exterior body 2 of the ventral part F and dorsal part R in a part where both of them overlap. The non-bonding zone area lies over the whole region in the width direction ( X direction ) of the absorbent main body 3, and overlaps an arrangement area of the absorbent core in at least one part. A pair of auxiliary sheets 5 covering both end parts in its longitudinal direction ( Y direction ) are arranged on a skin face side of the absorbent main body 3. The auxiliary sheets 5 are bonded to the exterior body 2 of the ventral part F and dorsal part R extending outside the absorbent main body 3. The arrangement areas of the auxiliary sheets 5 overlap the non-bonding zone area 4.
