(1) a step of providing human pluripotent stem cells having a desired antigen-specific T cell receptor, and (2) a step of inducing T progenitor cells or mature T cells from the pluripotent stem cells of step (1). A method for inducing T cells for immune cell therapy is provided. In particular, the present application relates to a method of inducing T cells for immune cell therapy using cells derived from cells obtained from a human who is not a subject of immune cell therapy. The method of the present application further comprises co-culturing T progenitor cells or mature T cells derived from pluripotent stem cells with lymphocytes derived from a subject of immune cell therapy, and the T cells have alloreactivity to patients. There may be included a step of confirming the absence.
