PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide consistent and effective methods for immunizing cancer patients.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for overcoming mild to moderate immune suppression, comprising the steps of inducing production of naive T cells and restoring T cell immunity. The vaccine immunotherapy of the invention comprises a step of inducing production of naive T cells and a step of exposing the naive T cells to an endogenous or exogenous antigen at an appropriate site.
