The invention describes a digitized procedure for dentistry, dental prosthesis, implantology, oral and maxillofacial surgery comprising the following steps: # - take front and profile photos of both sides of the face of the patient in maximum smile and merge them to obtain a three-dimensional image of the patient's face and mouth； # - perform an intra-oral scan of the inside of the patient's mouth to obtain a virtual three-dimensional model of it； # - perform of a radiological scanner of the patient's bone and dental structure； # - digitally associating all the images obtained； # - digitally planning the implant installation surgery taking into account the appearance of the teeth in the future prosthesis of the patient； # - manufacture at least a first surgical splint and, if necessary, a second surgical splint； and # - design the pillars and a provisional prosthesis.La invenci�n describe un procedimiento digitalizado para odontolog�a, pr�tesis dental, implantolog�a, cirug�a oral y maxilofacial que comprende los siguientes pasos:#- realizar fotos de frente y de perfil de ambos lados de la cara del paciente en m�xima sonrisa y fusionarlas para obtener una imagen tridimensional de la cara y la boca del paciente；#- realizar un escaneado intra-oral del interior de la boca del paciente para obtener un modelo tridimensional virtual de la misma；#- realizar de un esc�ner radiol�gico de la estructura �sea y dental del paciente；#- asociar digitalmente todas las im�genes obtenidas；#- planificar digitalmente la cirug�a de instalaci�n de los implantes teniendo en cuenta el aspecto de los dientes en la futura pr�tesis del paciente；#- fabricar al menos una primera f�rula quir�rgica y, si fuese necesario, una segunda f�rula quir�rgica； y#- dise�ar los pilares y una pr�tesis provisional.
