PURPOSE: A bone regeneration material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to facilitate injection of the bone regeneration material and to improve shape maintaining property. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a bone regenerate material comprises the steps of: preparing bone powder by withdrawing HCl from cortical bone and smashing the bone； hydrolyzing the bone powder with calcium hydroxide solution； extracting gelatin from the hydrolyzed bone powder； mixing the extracted gelatin with the bone powder； and releasing radiation to the mixture of gelatin and bone powder.본 발명은 골 손상부위에 적용되는 골재생재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 손상된 뼈의 재건을 목적으로 탈회골기질을 이용하여 치료를 수행하는 정형외과, 치과, 신경외과 등의 분야에서, 시술이 용이하도록 주입성이 뛰어나며, 이식 후에도 흘러내리지 않도록 생체 내에서 형태를 유지할 수 있는 물리적인 특징이 매우 중요하다. 또한, 이식된 생체 내에서 거부반응을 일으킴이 없이 우수한 골재생 능력을 나타낼 수 있도록 하는 것 또한 탈회골기질을 이용한 이식용 재료가 제공될 수 있다.
