PURPOSE: A method for preparing hydroxyapatite from tuna bone is provided to increase grain size of HAp according to the increase of temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing hydroxyapatite from tuna bone comprises: a step of washing tuna bone with water； a step of mixing the washed tuna bone with sodium hydroxide solution and acetone and eliminating lipid, oil, and other organic impurities； a step of drying and pulverizing the tuna bone； and a step of preparing hydroxyapatite by heating the pulverized tuna bone to 600-1200 deg.C.본 발명은 참치 뼈를 물로 세척하고, 세척한 참치 뼈를 수산화 나트륨 용액 및 아세톤과 혼합하여 단백질, 지질, 오일 및 다른 유기 불순물을 제거한 후, 건조 및 분쇄하고, 분쇄된 참치 뼈를 600 내지 1200℃로 가열하여 수행되는 참치 뼈 유래 수산화인회의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 수산화인회는 600 내지 1200℃에서 하소되어 제조됨으로써 유기물질이 완전히 제거되고, 뼈 메트릭스에 β-트리칼슘 포스페이트가 존재하지 않으며, 온도 증가에 따라 HAp의 결정 크기가 증가하는 특징을 갖는다.
