The present invention relates to a solubilizer for rapidly dissolving hydroxyapatite (HAp), which is a calcium phosphate-based compound, in a living body and the pH environment similar to a living body, and to a producing method thereof. The HAp is a component of bones and teeth of the human body. Recently, the HAp has been used as a raw material for ingredients of substitutes for human body parts and molding articles having various forms, but there is a difficulty in rapid modification or removal, as the HAp hardly melts in vivo. Accordingly, the present invention has been accomplished by developing the solubilizer, capable of rapidly dissolving a HAp component in a living body and the pH environment similar to a living body.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 인산칼슘계 화합물인 하이드록시아파타이트 (hydroxyapatite, HAp)를 생체 및 생체와 유사한 pH환경에서 신속히 용해할 수 있는 용해제 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 하이드록시아파타이트는 인체의 뼈나 치아의 구성 성분이며, 최근 하이드록시아파타이트를 원료로 하여 다양한 형태의 인체대체물 및 성형용품의 재료로 활용되고 있으나 생체조건에서 거의 녹지 않아 신속한 수정이나 제거가 어려운 문제를 안고 있다. 따라서, 본 발명을 통해서 하이드록시아파타이트 성분을 생체 및 생체와 유사한 pH환경에서 신속히 용해할 수 있는 용해제를 개발함으로써 본 발명을 완성하였다.
