The present invention relates to a preparation method of [18F]flumazenil, and more specifically, provides [18F]flumazenil labeled with fluorine-18 which is a positron emission nuclide for imaging an epilepsy focal lesion by positron emission tomography (PET). According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain [18F]flumazenil in a high yield by reacting a diaryl iodonium salt precursor with a Kryptofix/potassium carbonate (K2.2.2./K2CO3) phase transfer catalyst, TEMPO and a dimethylformamide (DMF) reaction solvent under a heating condition.La présente invention porte sur un procédé de préparation de [18F]-flumazénil et, plus précisément, sur du [18F]-flumazénil marqué par du fluor-18 qui est un nucléide d'émission de positons pour l'imagerie d'une lésion focale d'épilepsie par tomographie par émission de positons (TEP). Selon la présente invention, il est possible d'obtenir du [18F]-flumazénil avec un rendement élevé par réaction d'un précurseur de sel de diaryliodonium avec un catalyseur de transfert de phase Kryptofix/carbonate de potassium (K2.2.2./K2CO3), du TEMPO et un solvant de réaction diméthylformamide (DMF) dans des conditions de chauffage.본 발명은 [18F]플루마제닐의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 양전자방출단층촬영(PET: positron emission tomography)에 의해 간질 병소 부위를 영상화하기 위한 양전자 방출 핵종인 플루오린-18로 표지 된 [18F]플루마제닐을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 디아릴이오도늄 염 전구체를 가열조건에서 크립토픽스2.2.2./탄산칼륨(K2.2.2./K2CO3)의 상전이 촉매, TEMPO 및 디메틸포름아미드(DMF)의 반응용매와 반응시켜 높은 수율로 [18F]플루마제닐을 수득할 수 있다.
