PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive agent for oral diseases which can prevent periodontitis using a simple method without need of remaining in the oral cavity, because conventional lactic acid bacteria-containing compositions for prevention and/or treatment of oral diseases which have adherability to the oral tissues need remaining the lactic acid bacteria in the oral cavity for a certain hours to acquire the effect, and the application is limited, such as chewing gum, troche, and candy.SOLUTION: The inventors found out the lactic acid bacteria belonging to the Lactobacillus group which prevents oral diseases by the antimicrobial peptide produced in the oral cavity by the settle of the lactic acid bacteria belonging to the Lactobacillus group within intestinal, and completed the invention.【課題】従来の口腔内組織に付着性を有する乳酸菌含有の口腔疾患の予防および／または治療組成物では、効果を得るために一定時間口腔内に乳酸菌を留めておく必要があり、その応用は、チューインガム、トローチ、キャンディーなどに限られるものであった。本発明は、口腔内に留めておく必要がなく、簡便な方法で歯周病を予防することができる口腔内疾患予防剤を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明者らは、ラクトバチルス属に属する乳酸菌が腸管内で定着することで、口腔内で産生した抗菌ペプチドにより口腔内疾患を予防する、前記ラクトバチルス属に属する乳酸菌を見出し、本発明を完成させるに至った。【選択図】図１
