PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for affixing a label onto a syringe, capable of affixing the label at a predetermined position in the axial direction of a barrel, when affixing the label onto the syringe.SOLUTION: There is provided a conveyor 70 having a plurality of continuously-arranged buckets 73. Each bucket 73 supports a syringe 100 formed by assembling a barrel 101 and a plunger rod 106 rotatably around the axis while the axis is horizontal and orthogonal to the advancing direction of the conveyor 10. A guide groove 80 for guiding a flange 103 of the barrel 101 to regulate the position in the axial direction of the barrel is formed in a fixed guide plate 78 arranged in parallel to the advancing path of the conveyor 70.
