PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fish grasping tool in which forward operation which makes the tips of nipping parts close to the mouth of a caught fish and opening operation which makes the nipping parts open have the same direction, and which is set to prevent each nipping part from being opened more even when the fish violently moves, because in conventional fish grasping tools, advancing operation which makes the tips of nipping parts close to the mouth of a caught fish and the opening operation which makes the nipping parts open are opposite to each other in direction, consequently the advancing operation stops temporarily, makes delay in grasping operation and makes the escape of the caught fish easily happen.SOLUTION: The fish grasping tool comprises a pair of nipping members turning to make mutual opening and closing action of the nipping members in back-and-forth movement of a linear actuating member which moves back-and-forth linearly advancing by a press operating member and moving backward by a spring member, and the pair of nipping parts mutually sustain the opening state grasping mouth of the fish by a push each other motion of the nipping parts with the turn actuating member under work of the nipping part opening action.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の魚掴み器は、挟持部を釣り上げた魚の口目掛けて近づける前進操作に対して先端の挟持部を開く操作が逆方向操作となるため、前進操作が途中で一時的に止まり、魚の掴み操作が遅くなり、釣り上げた魚が逃げる事態が生じ易くなる。本発明は、釣り上げた魚の口に目掛けて先端の挟持部を近づける前進操作と先端の挟持部を開く操作が、同じ方向の操作であると共に、魚の口を掴んだ状態で魚が暴れても挟持部相互がそれ以上開かない魚掴み器を提供する。【解決手段】押圧操作部にて前進しバネ部材にて後退するよう直線的に前進後退運動をする直線作動部材の前進後退運動にて一対の挟持部相互の開閉動作を行なうように一対の挟持部材が回動し、挟持部相互を開く方向の作用が働いた際、挟持部と回動作動部材の押し合い動作によって一対の挟持部相互が魚の口を掴んだ開度状態を維持すること。【選択図】図8
