The present invention relates to an operation tool for extracting a hidden tooth capable of easily performing a process of operating a molar, a wisdom tooth, and the hidden tooth provided inside a mouth without largely opening the mouth of a user. The operation tool for extracting the hidden tooth comprises: a handle unit which is separated in both directions in one end, and is handled by hands of a user； and an extracting tooth unit which is provided in the other end faced to the handle unit, and is separated in both directions to be interlocked with a tooth of a patient depending on an operation of the handle unit. The extracting tooth unit includes: a first supporting unit which includes a pointed end unit to support an alveolar bone of the tooth to be extracted； and a second supporting unit which is faced with the first supporting unit, and is formed to be relatively shorter than the first supporting unit to support a crown of the tooth to be extracted.
