PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planter having good operationability in a simple machine body structure. SOLUTION: The seedling planter is equipped with an auxiliary seedling-placing stand (70) having a unit for placing seedling boxes on which the seedling boxes can be placed. In the seedling planting machine, the auxiliary seedling-placing stand (70) is constituted to be able to place two or more seedling boxes by installing the seedling box-placing section having two or more stages. The seedling box-placing unit having two or more stages is constituted of a frame body in a part or whole of the same. In the frame body, a space section for passing through the seedling box-placing unit having two or more stages is formed. The space section is constituted to be able to pass the seedling boxes.
