PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rooftop gardening planter to be used for greening a rooftop of a building, easy to transport and set, and enabling easy change of soil. SOLUTION: This rooftop gardening planter has a planter body 10 on which plants are planted, and a netty panel body 20 which is set on the upper side of the planter body 10 and has an area larger than the upper surface of the planter body 10. The planter body 10 has an outer frame 30 in which water is stored, an inner frame 40 which is separably set in the outer frame 30 and filled with soil, and a lifting pipe 50 which supplies water stored in the outer frame 30 to the soil filled in the inner frame 40.
