PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Welsh onion processing device capable of efficiently stripping off an outer cover of a Welsh onion.SOLUTION: A Welsh onion processing device 1 comprises: a right and left pair of nozzle bodies 31 that can rotate reciprocatingly and rotation drive means for causing the two nozzle bodies 31 to rotate reciprocatingly. The two nozzle bodies 31 can rotate reciprocatingly from side to side around a rotation center axis line in a vertical direction at a predetermined rotation angle.
