PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peeling machine capable of blowing compressed-air to whole surface of the vegetables evenly and effectively.SOLUTION: A peeling machine 1 blows compressed-air to a Welsh onion (vegetables) skin and removes attachments from the Welsh onion. The peeling machine 1 includes: a duct (processing part) 10 in which the Welsh onions are placed right/left nozzles 30, 30 attached to the duct 10 a compressed-air supply device 50 which supplies the compressed-air to both nozzles 30, 30 and a drive unit 40 reciprocating both nozzles 30, 30 in a vertical direction.
