The present invention relates to a production method of an improved ertapenem injection and, more specifically, to a production method of an ertapenem injection, having improved yield, quality and stability in comparison with a conventional freeze-drying method and a crystallization method (Inverse adding method) by performing a straight adding method. The crystallization method (Straight adding method) is effective in suppressing the generation of impurities due to a simple production process as compared with an existing technology, and exhibits high quality, high yield and improved stability by using a minimized organic solvent.본 발명은 개선된 에르타페넴 주사제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 정적가 방식을 실시하여 종래의 동결건조법 및 결정화법(역적가)에 비해 수율, 품질 및 안정성이 개선된 에르타페넴 주사제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 결정화법(정적가)은 기존 기술에 비해 제조 공정이 간단하여 불순물 생성을 억제하는데 효과적이며 최소화된 유기용매 사용함으로써 고품질 및 고수율, 안정성이 향상된 효과를 나타낸다.
