The object of the invention is a formulation of metal and ascorbic acidcomplexes of the general formulaMO(OH)Z(Asc)x.cndot.yH2O, in a solid form, where: M is a metal that istitanium or vanadium； Asc represents C6H7O6； x is an integer from1 to 4； y is an integer from 0 to 5； z is 0 or 1； molar ratio of M to Asc isfrom 1:1 to 1:4, with one or more agriculturally acceptablesubstances selected from excipients, carriers, other active agents. The objectof the invention is also a method for obtaining theseformulations and the use thereof. The object of the invention is also the useof the complex as described above, for the preparation offormulations used in the cultivation of plants.
