The invention relates to producing mechanically activated amorphous and amorphocrystalline compounds and compositions of gluconic acid calcium salt, to pharmaceutical products based thereon, to a method of the production and the use thereof for treating a wide spectrum of diseases caused by disorders of calcium metabolism in the organism. The inventive method consists in processing a crystalline gluconic acid calcium salt or the compounds thereof with excipients in grinding activator devices to achieve either the input specific energy value equal to or less than 10.4 kJ/g and an amorphocrystalline state, or the input specific energy value equal to or less than 10.5 kJ/g and an amorphous state. The obtained agents are assessed by means of x-ray diffraction, IR, NMR, ESR-spectroscopy, mass- or chromato-mass spectrometry and differential thermal analysis. The mechanically activated amorphous and amorphocrystalline compounds and compositions are used as an active agent for producing pharmaceutical products for therapeutic, medical and preventive and hygienic purposes. The pharmaceutical preparations containing the therapeutically effective amount of active agent are perorally administered 1-6 times a day by doses of 0.2-6 g for at least one month.
