PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally disintegratable tablet having a suitable hardness, and quick disintegration property and a pleasant feeling in oral cavity for senior citizens and children hardly taking the tablet preparation, since they have humble swallowing abilities, even without blending a soluble additive such as a saccharide, also without requiring a special manufacturing machine, and capable of being produced by existing facilities.SOLUTION: An orally disintegratable tablet securing tablet hardness, showing an excellent disintegration property and having a good texture is obtained by mixing an active ingredient, crystalline cellulose, anhydrous calcium phosphate as an inorganic excipient, carmellose and a metal stearate at ≤0.8 wt.% per tablet as a lubricant, and tableting or tableting them by using an external lubricating method.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】嚥下能力が低いため、錠剤の服用が困難な高齢者や小児用に、糖類などの可溶性の添加剤を配合しなくとも、適度な硬度、口腔内での速やかな崩壊および良好な服用感を有し、特殊な製剤機械を必要とすることなく、既存設備で生産可能である口腔内崩壊錠剤の提供。【解決手段】活性成分、結晶セルロース、無機賦形剤として無水リン酸カルシウム、カルメロースおよび錠剤1錠あたり0.8重量%以下の滑沢剤としてステアリン酸金属塩を混合して打錠、あるいは外部滑沢法により打錠することにより、錠剤硬度が確保され、しかも良好な崩壊性を示す口当たりのよい口腔内崩壊錠剤を得る。【選択図】なし
