PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing glimepiride as an effective ingredient, having good disintegrability in the oral cavity while retaining tablet hardness required for pharmaceutical preparation, and excellent in usability and preservability.SOLUTION: This orally-disintegrating tablet is produced by mixing glimepiride of effective ingredient, an extender such as water-soluble sugars, sodium carboxymethyl starch, crystalline cellulose, a binder such as povidone and pigment in compositional ratios similar to conventional tablets not adding magnesium stearate of a lubricant into the tableting grain but attaching to the mortar and pestle for tableting of a tablet press, and tableting with lower tableting pressure.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】 グリメピリドを有効成分として含有し、製剤上必要な錠剤硬度を維持しつつ、良好な口腔内崩壊性を有する、服用性および保管性に優れた錠剤の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】 有効成分のグリメピリド、水溶性糖類等の増量剤、デンプングリコール酸ナトリウム、結晶セルロース、ポビドン等の結合剤、および色素を、従来錠剤と同様の組成比で混合した後、滑沢剤のステアリン酸マグネシウムを打錠用顆粒中に添加せず、打錠機の打錠用杵臼に付着させて、より低い打錠圧で打錠することにより製造されることを特徴とする、口腔内崩壊錠である。【選択図】 なし
