PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent orally disintegrable tablet containing coated microparticles, having practically sufficient tablet strength and having extremely little break and cracks during production process or transportation.SOLUTION: The orally disintegrable tablet is obtained by mixing a composition obtained by granulating coated microparticles containing a main agent together with a desired additive with a magnesium aluminometasilicate powder and then tableting the mixture. In the orally disintegrable tablet, orally disintegrable properties are kept, though the tablet has good tablet strength.
