PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird damage prevention tool capable of performing safety mounting work while securing an insulated state and enhancing work efficiency.SOLUTION: A bird damage prevention tool includes: a plurality of erected bodies 2, 2a, 2b a line material 3 and a communication member 1. The line material 3 has flexibility. The respective erected bodies 2, 2a, 2b are connected in series with a space in the longitudinal direction of the line material 3, and the erected bodies 2 connected to both ends of the line material 3 can be mounted on an electric wire D. The erected bodies 2a, 2b connected to the middle of the line material 3 are suitably selected as the erected bodies capable of being mounted on the electric wire D and the erected bodies inserted into the cable D so as to be inseparable from the electric wire D.
