PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird damage prevention tool which is excellent in workability and safety by a worker attaching a work piece obliquely from below even when attaching the bird damage prevention tool to a place where three electric wires are wired vertically.SOLUTION: The bird damage prevention tool includes: an electric wire mounting unit to be mounted on an electric wire； and a spacing unit protruding from the electric wire mounting unit. The bird damage prevention tools are mounted at intervals along a longitudinal direction of the electric wire via the electric wire mounting unit for preventing birds from flying by laying wires between each spacing unit substantially in parallel with the electric wires. The electric wire mounting unit includes: a receiving unit for holding one side of the electric wire； a fastening unit for pressing and holding the other side portion of the electric wire from a position facing the receiving unit via the electric wire； and a nut unit for moving the fastening unit up and down by rotating it.
