SOLUTION: This is a striation body holding structure of a bird damage prevention device B in which a striation body L is held in a separated state above an electric wire installed between electric poles. The bird damage prevention instrument B has a linear body engaging portion 3 formed by projecting upward from an upper wall 2 of the frame main body 1 supported by an electric wire, and the linear body of the frame main body 1 positioned adjacent to each other. It is characterized in that the filamentous body L mounted and held between the engaging portions 3 is formed in a coil shape in which the filamentous body L is wound and maintained at a constant length.
