PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orthodontic bracket structure which is simply structured and wherein it is made possible to add functions of improving a treatment effect and aesthetic properties thereto, to shorten a treatment period and to facilitate maintenance.SOLUTION: This orthodontic bracket structure is formed by holding an arch wire 6 between a bracket body 1 and a relatively movable holding member 2, and the holding force is maintained by the pressing force generated by the resilience of a ring-shaped rubber body 3. In this configuration, the corners of the arch wire 6 are brought into contact with grooves 5, 12 of the bracket body 1 and holding member 2. Moment is generated by the pressing force of the ring-shaped rubber body 3 to relatively rotate the bracket body 1 and the holding member 2 in an angle direction with respect to the arch wire 6 to thereby change the contact position. The contact position is thus changed to correct the tooth surface mainly in the angle direction.【課題】簡素な構成にし、治療効果を向上させるとともに審美性を向上させる機能を付加し、治療期間を短縮しメンテナンスを容易に行えるようにした。【解決手段】本発明の歯列矯正用ブラケット構成体は、ブラケット本体1と相対移動可能な挟持部材2とでアーチワイヤ6を挟持したものであり、この挟持力は輪状ゴム体3の弾性力による押圧力で保持したものである。この構成において、アーチワイヤ6の角部をブラケット本体1と挟持部材2の溝部5、12に接触させる。輪状ゴム体3の押圧力で、モーメントが発生し、アーチワイヤ6に対し、ブラケット本体1及び挟持部材2を角度方向に相対回転させで接触位置を変える。このようにして接触位置が変わり、主として歯面の角度方向の矯正を行う。【選択図】図19
