The present invention discloses a bracket spacer structure for a wheelchair, which is composed of a spacer group and a bracket group. The spacer group comprises a flexible substrate and a surface layer coated thereon； the flexible substrate is a flexible metal foil which can be shaped by a suitable force, and the bracket assembly is a set of bracket assemblies. One end can be fixed to the skeleton of the wheelchair, and the other end can be fixed to one end surface of the spacer group, thereby enabling the spacer group to be stably positioned at a predetermined position beside the wheelchair by the support of the bracket group.
