To provide a bird damage preventive device, capable of facilitating the rotation of bird damage preventive tools connected around an electric wire, precisely holding the posture with weights and making mutual bird damage preventive tools hardly separate.
SOLUTION: The bird damage preventive apparatus 4 comprises each bird damage preventive tool 2 and a connecting tool 3 for connecting the bird damage preventive tool 2 to another bird damage preventive tool 2. The bird damage preventive tools 2 are fitted onto the electric wire 1 in a state with play. The bird damage preventive tools 2 are equipped with annular mounting parts 6 and 6, a bar material 9a installed between the mounting parts 6 and 6, a coil spring 7a arranged above the electric wire 1 and preventing the bird from perching ON the electric wire 1 and the weights 8 arranged ON the lower side of the electric wire 1. Meanwhile and the connecting tool 3 has play in between the connecting tool 3 and the electric wire 1 for connecting the bird damage preventive tools 2 and 2, which are arranged side by side along the electric wire 1 so as not to disturb the individual rotation about the electric wire 1.
