PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treating agent easily mixable, without scattering the first agent on mixing a first agent with a second agent, also even by using a regulated amount of hydrogen peroxide, more bleaching the hair, and also in the case of being used as a form of an acid hair dyestuff, excellent in preservation property of the acid dyestuff, and also even by using the regulated amount of the hydrogen peroxide, dyeing the hair in a bright color tone.
SOLUTION: This hair-treating agent includes a first agent containing an alkali agent, preferably capsules encapsulating a solid alkali agent, and a second agent containing hydrogen peroxide and preferably having fluidity. In the first agent, it is preferable to encapsulate further an oily component, and as the capsules, soft-capsulization is preferable.
