PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foot-worn load measuring instrument having improved accuracy.SOLUTION: The foot-worn load measuring instrument includes: a body comprised of a sole 1 and an upper; a first load sensor S1 provided at a front-side portion of a sole upper surface 10 so as to adjust a position; a second load sensor S2 provided at a rear-side portion of the sole upper surface; a sock liner removably placed on the sole upper surface so as to cover the first load sensor and the second load sensor; a first pressing plate located between the first load sensor and the sock liner; and a second pressing plate located between the second load sensor and the sock liner.
