The present invention relates to a vector for inhibiting a transplant rejection response and an antibody expressed therefrom. When first and second minicircle vectors of the present invention are expressed in the body, an anti-IL-2Rα fusion antibody to which IL-10 is linked is generated, so that it is possible to reduce the development cost compared to existing biological immunosuppressants, to compensate for disadvantages of a nonspecific immunosuppressive effect of reducing a regulatory T cell assembly, and to balance immune tolerance, thereby having a more effective treatment effect for various transplant rejection diseases.본 발명은 이식 거부 반응을 억제하기 위한 벡터 및 이로부터 발현된 항체에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 제 1 및 제 2 미니서클 벡터들은 체내에서 발현되면, IL-10이 연결된 항 IL-2Rα 융합 항체가 생성되므로, 기존하는 생물학적 면역억제제들 보다 개발비용의 감소가 가능하며, 조절 T 세포군도 감소시키는 비특이적 면역 억제 효과의 단점을 보완할 수 있고 면역관용의 균형을 이루어 다양한 이식 거부 질환에 보다 효과적인 치료효과를 가진다.
