PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superheated steam treatment device that has a positive resistance temperature characteristic, can set the Curie point temperature thereof at any temperature above 100°C, and has good thermal efficiency by increasing a temperature higher than a predetermined temperature to generate a part of supplied water as superheated steam.SOLUTION: A sintered body having a void in the range of 20% to 50%, comprises: a steam generation part 100 having a low resistance value at room temperature, and configured to supply water to a porous resistive molded body 10C having a positive resistance temperature characteristic such that a resistance value increases as increasing to a predetermined temperature to generate steam and superheated steam, or superheated steam and a treatment chamber part 600 for sterilizing by the superheated steam, configured to lead a flow of the steam from the steam generation part 100 such that the flow is not inhibited, consisting of the same kind of a porous resistive molded body having a positive resistance temperature characteristic, and having a steam heating portion 300 for applying heat energy to the steam including the flowing superheated steam to generate high-temperature superheated steam, the cross-section area of which is made larger than a cross-section area through which the superheated steam of the steam heating portion 300 flows.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】正の抵抗温度特性を有し、100℃以上の任意の温度にそのキュリー点温度を設定でき、所定の温度以上に温度上昇させることにより、供給された水が部分的に過熱水蒸気として生成され、熱効率の良いこと。【解決手段】20%~50%の範囲内の空隙を有する焼結体であり、常温では抵抗値が低く、所定の温度に上昇すると抵抗値が増大する正の抵抗温度特性を有する多孔質抵抗成型体10Cに水を供給し、水蒸気及び過熱水蒸気、または過熱水蒸気を発生させる水蒸気発生部100と、水蒸気発生部100からの水蒸気の流れが阻害されないように流すと共に、正の抵抗温度特性を有する同種の多孔質抵抗成型体からなり、流れる過熱水蒸気を含む水蒸気に対して熱エネルギを与えて高温度の過熱水蒸気とする水蒸気加熱部300の断面積が水蒸気加熱部300の過熱水蒸気が通過する断面積に比較して広くした過熱水蒸気により滅菌処理する処理室部600を有する。【選択図】図1
