PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair fixing device that can be connected to a fixed part arranged at the wheelchair fixing position of a vehicle and having a linear shape such as a nearly U shape, a ring shape, and a straight line shape, or a rod shape and reduces time and labor to hold or support a retractor when being attached to a wheelchair.SOLUTION: A wheelchair fixing device includes a belt 10 where an engagement member 11 to be engaged with a wheelchair is attached to one end side a retractor 20 having a winding core to wind the belt 10 from the other end side and adjusting the length of the belt 10 on the basis of the winding amount of the belt 10 and a hook member 30 connected to the retractor 20 so as to be swingable around a swing axial line extending in a direction to intersect with a plane including the longitudinal axis of the winding core.
