PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting device of a chair capable of minimizing vibration of the chair caused by movement of a patient and elongating the service life of the chair, while avoiding large-scale replacement work and increase in the cost, and a dental treatment chair mounting therewith.SOLUTION: The lifting device of a chair includes: a support 20 that is formed into a square-shape cross section and extends along the vertical direction and a support guide 30 that is disposed outside the support and connected to the chair. The support includes four corner parts 23 in which the four corners of the outer peripheral face are chamfered and face in the diagonal direction of the support, and rails 24 detachably provided at the corners.
