The present invention relates to a wheezing sound measurement device using an amplification microphone which can confirm a wheezing sound through a breathing sound of a user using an amplification microphone to precisely diagnose an asthma to prevent the same at an early stage in order to solve an existing problem that the asthma can be diagnosed by only a change in the breathing amount which is an external change element. The wheezing sound measurement device of the present invention comprises: a measuring device body formed in a cylindrical shape in which a groove is formed in the center to allow a user to grip an asthma measuring device with a hand a sound collecting unit positioned at a lower portion of a body of a measuring device to transmit a breathing sound to an amplification microphone by allowing the same being in contact with skin an amplification microphone inserted into the body of the measuring device to amplify and expand the breathing sound for hearing a cable formed in a long tube shape having a wire inserted thereinto to transmit the breathing sound measured through the amplification microphone to an output device and a plug formed in an earphone connection jack shape to be connected to an ear cable terminal of a mobile phone to be used.
