PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skull retainer and a surgical instrument therefor.SOLUTION: A skull retainer consists of a lower part tightening component and a movable hook component, the lower part tightening component comprising a bolt of a first junction part inside. The movable hook component consists of an upper part tightening component and a nut and comprises a fitting part of a first pivotal contact part inside. The nut is screwed with the bolt and has a top end on which a first retaining part is provided and an external surface on which a second pivotal contact part joined to the first pivotal contact part is provided. A surgical instrument consists of an external sleeve and an internal guide lever. The external sleeve has a bottom end on which a second retaining part joined to the first retaining part with the nut is provided. The internal guide lever has a bottom end on which a second junction part joined to the first junction part using the bolt is provided. On top ends of the internal guide lever and the external sleeve are provided a third junction part and a fourth junction part. When the movable hook component is retained to the external sleeve, provision of a certain distance from a skull's external surface makes it possible to quickly assemble the retainer and the surgical instrument and quickly and efficiently perform insertion and extraction only by rotating the external sleeve by a single hand, resulting in convenient and advanced operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】本発明は頭蓋骨固定装置及びその手術用具を提供する。【解決手段】頭蓋骨固定装置は下部締め付け部品と可動式ホック部品からなり、下部締め付け部品は内部に第一接合部のボルトを備え、可動式ホック部品は上部締め付け部品とナットからなり内部に第一枢接部の嵌込み部を備え、ナットはボルトと螺合され、上端に第一固定部が、外表面に第一枢接部と接合された第二枢接部が設けられる。手術道具は外スリーブと内ガイドレバーからなり、外スリーブの下端にナットで第一固定部と接合された第二固定部が、内ガイドレバーの下端にボルト第一接合部と接合された第二接合部が、内ガイドレバーと外スリーブの上端に第三接合部と第四接合部が設けられる。可動式ホック部品を外スリーブに固定する時、頭骨外表面の間に一定の距離を設けると、固定装置と手術道具を迅速に組み立て、片手で外スリーブを回すだけで、速く効率的に埋込取出しができ、操作上便利且つ先進的である。【選択図】図１
