Provided is an apparatus for scanning, at a high speed, coronary artery blood vessels of a living human. The apparatus may comprise: an imaging catheter which is inserted into blood vessels of a first subject and images blood vessel walls while rotating and a rotational junction unit which is coupled to one side of the imaging catheter, transfers light irradiated from an optical coherence tomography (OCT) apparatus to the imaging catheter, and rotates the imaging catheter.Linvention concerne un appareil pour le balayage, à une vitesse élevée, de vaisseaux sanguins dartère coronaire dun être humain vivant.
