PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hyaluronidase activity inhibitor which can be easily and safely ingested on a daily basis, and is excellent in hyaluronidase activity inhibition.SOLUTION: The hyaluronidase activity inhibitor contains a lactic acid fermentation of a grape as an active ingredient. The lactic acid fermentation is preferably obtained by fermenting the grape by a lactic acid containing at least Lactobacillus plantarum and/or Lactobacillus brevis.
