PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus of a corpse, which can be simply inserted from the mouth of a corpse and quickly injects and charges a dead body fluid leakage-preventing agent to a throat part.SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus (syringe) 100 is composed of a cylindrical inner cylinder 111 and an outer cylinder 121 enclosing it, a cylinder 110 storing the dead body fluid leakage-preventing agent X, a piston 130 that is slidably inserted into the cylinder from its rear end part side and an insertion tube part 150 that is projected from the tip part of the cylinder in its axis direction, has a discharge part 151 at the tip part and a curved part 152 formed in a curved shape only in a fixed length from the tip part.
