PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically insulate completely an ultrasonic transducer and the periphery thereof without increasing the diameter of an insertion part in an intracoelomic insertion type ultrasonic examination device.SOLUTION: The wiring 23 from the respective ultrasonic vibrators 20, which constitute the ultrasonic transducer 10 provided to the leading end hard part 2c of the insertion part 2, is drawn out to a curved part 2b and a soft part 2a from the space part 24 provided to the leading end hard part 2c but the connection pipe 17 constituting a treatment device insertion channel 19 is arranged in the space part 24 to be set at the contact position with the wiring 23 and an insulating cover layer being a membrane and having good electric insulating properties is formed to at least the contact region with the wiring 23 on the outer surface of the connection pipe 17.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】体腔内挿入型超音波検査装置において、挿入部を太径化することなく、超音波トランスデューサ及びその周辺を確実に電気絶縁する。【解決手段】挿入部2の先端硬質部2cに設けられる超音波トランスデューサ10を構成する各超音波振動子20からの配線23は、先端硬質部2cに設けた空間部24から湾曲部2b及び軟性部2aに引き出されるが、この空間部24の内部には処置具挿通チャンネル19を構成する接続パイプ17が配設されて、配線23と接触する位置となっており、この接続パイプ17の外面における少なくとも配線23と接触する部位には、薄膜で、電気絶縁性の良好な絶縁被覆層が形成されている。【選択図】図4
