The present invention relates to an angular deformity correction apparatus which has a tightening band which is wrapped around the femur and is tied around the waist and a means which is arranged on the back of the body to be connected to the tightening band to support the spine and align the pelvis in the correct position while the upper and lower parts of a knee joint is stably fixed, thereby enabling the pelvis to be fixed at the same time when the angular deformity is corrected. The angular deformity correction apparatus includes: a lower fixing member and an upper fixing member wound around the upper and lower parts of the knee joint, and an upper tightening band which is extended from the upper fixing member to be wound around the femur and tied around the waist the pull the upper and lower fixing members to enable the knee joint to be straightened in the correct position. The lower fixing member is integrated to the upper fixing member though the connection member. The lower fixing member is configured to have the shape of a loop to be fitted to a leg.
