PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a levee-shaping machine casing vertically turnable between a lever-shaping operative position and an inoperative position with a hanging guide mechanism and a vertically turning mechanism because the hanging guide mechanism designed to vertically turn and guide the levee-shaping machine casing is installed in a hanging state in a direction intersecting the forward direction of a levee in a machine casing and a levee-shaping mechanism having a rotary levee-shaping member designed to rotate and shape the levee surface is arranged in the levee-shaping machine casing with the vertically turning mechanism provided for vertically turning the levee-shaping machine casing between the levee-shaping operative position and inoperative position and to thereby enable the traveling stability to increase during transportation and traveling in the inoperative position during the transportation and traveling.SOLUTION: The levee-shaping machine is obtained as follows. The machine casing 3 is connected to the traveling machine body 1 with a connecting mechanism 2 and the hanging guide mechanism 6a designed to vertically turn and guide the levee-shaping machine casing 6 is provided in the hanging state in the direction intersecting the forward direction of the levee W in the machine casing. The levee-shaping mechanism 4 having a rotary levee-shaping member 5 designed to rotate and shape the levee surface is arranged in the levee-shaping machine casing.
