PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the rate of work progress by enabling a levee to be tightened enough by a continuous levee shaping work by a front rotary levee shaper and a rear rotary levee shaper, and to get the convenience in nonuse such as at move or at custody, etc. by enabling the rear rotary levee shaper to be retracted from its lower work position to its upper retracted position by a retracting mechanism.SOLUTION: A machine frame 4 is coupled with a travel machine 1 by a coupling mechanism 2, and the machine frame is provided with a banking mechanism 9, which has a rotary banking body 8 capable of banking mud near a levee W on an old levee. The rotary banking body is provided with a levee shaping mechanism 7 which has a rotary levee shaper capable of shaping the old levee by rotation in the backward position in the advance direction. As the levee shaping mechanism, it is provided with a front rotary shaper 10 which can shape the levee by rotation in the backward position in the advance direction of the rotary banking body, and also is provided with a rear rotary levee shaper 11 which can shape the levee by rotation in a backward position in the advance direction of the rotary levee shaper.
