PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the rate of work progress by enabling a levee to be shaped continuously by shaping, by rotation, the bank on an old levee by a front rotary levee shaper arranged in the backward position in the advance direction of a rotary banking body and further by shaping, by rotation, it by a rear rotary levee shaper arranged in the backward position in the advance direction of this front rotary levee shaper, and by enabling the levee to be tightened enough by the continuous levee shaping work by this front rotary levee shaper and rear rotary levee shaper.SOLUTION: A machine frame 4 is coupled with a travel machine 1 by a coupling mechanism 2, and the machine frame is provided with a banking mechanism 9, which has a rotary banking body 8 capable of banking mud near a levee W on an old levee. The rotary banking body is provided with a levee shaping mechanism 7 which has a rotary levee shaper capable of shaping the old levee by rotation in the backward position in the advance direction.
