PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional wallpaper which can exhibit adsorption performance to a volatile organic compound of an adsorbent without light irradiation, while maintaining high decomposition performance to the volatile organic compound of a photocatalyst with light irradiation.SOLUTION: A wallpaper has an intermediate layer and a visible light type photocatalyst layer in this order, on a wallpaper substrate containing a foamed resin layer. The visible light type photocatalyst layer contains a visible light type photocatalyst compound.
