Especially, this invention relates to the manufacturing of granules comprising a core comprising a drug having an unpleasant taste, which may be a primary bile acid, such as for example cholic acid, and a taste-masking coating. The purpose of the invention is to fully mask unpleasant taste of the drug, while ensuring its availability at the duodenum biological site.La présente invention concerne une formulation médicamenteuse pédiatrique. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention concerne la fabrication de granules comprenant un noyau comprenant un médicament ayant un goût désagréable, qui peut être un acide biliaire primaire, tel que, par exemple, de l'acide cholique, et un enrobage masquant le goût. L'objet de l'invention est de masquer complètement le goût désagréable du médicament, tout en assurant sa disponibilité au niveau du site biologique du duodénum.
